This property is currently showing as “Pet Friendly” due to a system glitch — however, Pets are not allowed at this property. Bringing a pet will result in a $300 penalty. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Please note: The dishwasher is temporarily out of service, but hand-washing essentials are provided. To keep the space allergy-friendly, pets are not allowed. Thanks for understanding!

Please note: For security purposes, exterior video cameras are installed to monitor the area at the front door.

Please note that the outdoor chairs and table are currently unavailable, but we’re working on getting them replaced soon.

We’re here to make sure your time with us feels special, supported, and stress-free. Our team’s got you covered from start to finish. To help make that happen, a $35 management fee is included in your reservation total. It allows us to keep things running seamlessly and uphold a high standard of care, so you can simply sit back and enjoy your stay!

Note:
Our home is in a lively neighborhood, which adds to its charm and convenience. At times, you may hear some outdoor or neighbor noise. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the vibrant atmosphere during your stay!

Maintenance Note:
The overhead light in Bedroom 1 and the exterior door in the master bedroom (which currently only closes when locked) have been reported and are scheduled for repair. Thank you for your patience as we address these items!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
